Accounting & Payroll Services in Dubai
Outsourced bookkeeping, payroll and WPS administration, and monthly management reporting for businesses across the UAE, provided on a fixed monthly fee in cloud accounting software held in the client's name.
Outsourced Finance Operations
Accounting records now serve a compliance function beyond internal management. Corporate tax computations are derived from accounting profit, VAT returns are due within 28 days of each tax period, and supporting records must be retained and produced on request by the Federal Tax Authority.
Meeting these requirements does not necessitate an in-house finance department. It requires a defined monthly cycle: transactions recorded as they arise, bank accounts reconciled, payroll processed to a fixed calendar and management information issued in time to be acted upon.
Our Accounting Services
Outsourced Bookkeeping & Accounting
Cloud-based accounting on Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho or Odoo, configured to UAE requirements including a chart of accounts mapped to VAT reporting, correct tax code treatment and multi-currency handling. Services comprise sales and purchase ledger maintenance, bank and credit card reconciliation, fixed asset registers, accruals and prepayments, and month-end close to a fixed date.
Payroll & WPS Management
End-to-end payroll processing including preparation and submission of the Salary Information File through an approved bank or exchange house, payslip issue, leave and air ticket accruals and final settlements. End-of-service gratuity is calculated in accordance with the UAE Labour Law and carried as a provision within the accounting records.
MIS Reporting
Monthly management information reporting covering gross margin by product line, contract or location, aged receivables analysis, cash position and forward commitments, and budget-to-actual variance analysis with commentary. Report format is agreed at the outset and maintained consistently to support period-on-period comparison.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can accounting records several years in arrears be brought up to date?
Yes. Records are reconstructed from bank statements, invoices and any existing ledgers, reconciled period by period, and outstanding return obligations identified so that the exposure is quantified. Catch-up work is scoped and quoted separately on a fixed-fee basis.
Is a change of accounting software required?
Not in most cases. We work in Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho and Odoo and can assume responsibility for an existing file in any of these. Where a platform cannot be supported, this is confirmed at the outset together with the cost of migration.
Who retains ownership of the accounting data?
The client, at all times. The software subscription is held in the client's name and access is retained throughout the engagement. On termination, all records remain with the client and handover is provided to any incoming firm.
Can services be provided alongside existing accounting staff?
Yes. Arrangements are scoped to complement existing resources, for example where an in-house bookkeeper maintains daily entry and the month-end close, reconciliations and reporting are outsourced.
Are VAT and corporate tax filings included?
These can be provided and are prepared from the same accounting records. They are quoted as a separate line item. Statutory audit cannot be provided to a client whose accounting records we maintain.
